“We see potential in every property"

We are actively looking to buy properties that are run down and in need of a full refurbishment, and our aim is to help owners out of what can often feel like a difficult or costly situation. We offer a discreet and straightforward service, with absolutely no judgement about the condition of your home or the reasons you are looking to sell. We understand that life happens – whether it’s inheritance, financial pressure, ill health, or simply not having the time or funds to take on a major project – and we specialise in problem properties that others may overlook. You won’t be asked to carry out repairs, clear the property, or spend money getting it “ready”; we assess it exactly as it is and discuss realistic options with you. Get in touch for a no‑obligation conversation to see how we can help you move on, release the value in your property, and remove the stress of dealing with a home that needs a full refurbishment

A few examples from our past refurbishments

Jack & Jill En-suite

This en-suite was created for a young girl residing in a house designed by her architect father. It features a toilet, sink, and a shower. The shared access between bedroom 3 and bedroom 4 transforms it into a Jack and Jill bathroom.

At first, we planned to create two en-suites, one for each bedroom. However, we opted to utilise some unused space from one of the bedrooms to craft a bigger and more lavish Jack and Jill bathroom.

The house we were designing was meant to have a Scandinavian theme, which was incorporated into all three bathrooms. Each bathroom had its own distinct accessories, all following the same colour palette. Aqua panels were chosen over tiles for the shower areas, featuring a harmonious cream, brown, and copper design that tied all the elements together beautifully.

Master Bedroom En-suite

This master en-suite required a complete overhaul. It was not only outdated but also dark and uninviting. Our goal was to design a glamorous, hotel-style bathroom.

To achieve this, we combined contemporary elegance with timeless charm. White and grey marble tiles adorned the flooring and walls where suitable. The walls were painted a silvery grey and complemented by mirrored artwork. A luxurious circular mirror was placed above the modern countertop.

The furniture featured a dove grey hue with chrome knobs, which coordinated beautifully with the accessories, including the shower fittings, taps, and chrome radiator.

A stunning crystal chandelier was suspended in the center of the room, enhancing the light throughout the space. To complete the look, we added soft pink floor mats and towels.

I'm sure you'll agree that this transformation is truly remarkable.
